Refunds & Guarantees
I want you to be completely satisfied with the look you receive at my salon. If you are not 100% satisfied with your service, please contact me within 5 days after the service. I will schedule an appointment to do everything possible to make you happy! The adjustment service appointment must be completed within 2 weeks of the original appointment. After 5 days without notification, I can no longer provide complimentary adjustments. I will be happy to make any tweaks needed to achieve the look originally agreed upon during the consultation. Changing your mind is your prerogative, but requesting a new look will be considered a new service and charged accordingly.
I have carefully chosen my professional hair care products to help you care for your investment in your hair. My services are guaranteed only if recommended professional products are being used to care for your look at home. No outside products brought in will be used for your service with the exception of prescription shampoos.
No cash refunds on services or gift certificate sales. Retail items can be returned only if unused and returned within 14 days.

Children
My salon is not a childproofed environment. All children must be properly supervised by you while in the salon, and it is encouraged that children not accompany you to your appointment. Any damage to the salon caused by an unsupervised child will be your financial responsibility. I am not responsible for injuries to unsupervised children.



Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service before leaving the salon. I accept credit & debit cards, cash, and checks. Returned checks will result in a $40 additional fee. After a returned check, checks will not be accepted as a form of payment for future appointments.

Cancellations & Tardiness
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so I ask that you please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations so that Imay attempt to fill that reserved slot. To ensure my best service and give the proper attention to all of my guests, it is important that you arrive to your appointment early enough for us to begin your service at your scheduled time. Anyone arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, and will be considered a no show. Any guest with more than 1 no show may be asked to leave a deposit of at least 50% of the desired service before scheduling a future appointment and will forfeit the entire deposit if that appointment results in another no show. The deposit will otherwise apply to the total cost of the scheduled appointment.
